The terms that apply when you engage Belarsen Quality Paints for products, texture application or coating services.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Belarsen Quality Paints ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for paint products, texture application, or related coating services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services and Products

Belarsen Quality Paints provides high-quality decorative, protective, and textured painting solutions, including but not limited to Acrylic Primer, Stoneio, Ambrosia, Rustik, Super-Fine, and Fenofine products. The scope, timelines, and specifications of each service contract will be outlined in individual project quotes or estimates.

Site Preparation and Access

The client must ensure that the application site is accessible, safe, and adequately prepared (e.g., proper structural integrity, dry surfaces, and clearance of obstructions) prior to the commencement of work. The Company is not responsible for surface layer failures resulting from pre-existing structural defects, underlying moisture issues, or uncured masonry.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

All quotes are based on surface area evaluations, labor requirements, and selected material grades. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final billing milestones, will be specified in the service contract. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing services.

Communication Consent

To Communicate with You: We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and send you marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, RCS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice.

Cancellations and Delays

Project schedules are estimates and may be adjusted due to force majeure events, adverse weather conditions affecting exterior paint drying times, or supply chain interruptions. Cancellations by the client must be submitted in writing prior to material procurement or project commencement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belarsen Quality Paints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service execution. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
